I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RBC (Canada) in July 2022
Interview
Pretty straight forward interview, asking about past experience and just general q&a, based on the previous. There were 2 rounds, one with one of the assistant manager, then with both of them. Relatively simple and relaxed interview. Onboarding was quick and easy
A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.
