- Phone Interview with HR Recruiter (Academic Background, Work Experience, Career Interests, Availability)
Flowed more like a conversation than an interview, basic HR screening based on my interest, availability and skills
- In Person Interview with Finance Manager/Hiring Manager
Structured in person interview with broad range of questions based on Resume. Questions mainly about academic background, detailed work and co-curricular experience, technical skills and behavior questions. Comfortable setting, interview lasted around 45 min - 1 hour. Received offer within 2 weeks of final interview

the process is normal, and it last for 30 min with HR, They won't be able to process it if you don't have a work permit in hands.

There were 2 rounds of interviews, one for the behaviour and one for technical. The 2 rounds are with different interviewers asking questions regarding specifically to resume and job description.
Asked about capital markets and specific instruments like derivatives, fixed income bonds, money markets, and my knowledge about front office Profit and loss experience. I was also asked about my interest in the role
