      Manager Business Architecture Interview

      15 Jan 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 5 days. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON)

      Interview

2 part interview, behavioral and case, each was one hour. behavioral was a bit repetitive, and redundant. case was a live one with open ended vague questions. i didnt feel like it was them seeing me as a person, rather just ticking the boxes in the forms they had. watch out, this division is full of politics.
