Phone Interview. Got email from RBC first to confirm the schedule. Whole interview process was very pleasant. Interviewer was very kind. Lasts around 30 minutes. Asked some behavior questions and some customer service experience. She also introduced the company culture and training process. Received some feedbacks in the end. Passed the first round but did not attend the 2nd round due to some personal issues.
