Interview
First, it was a phone interview. Then, they called to meet in their office for a one on one interview with each person on the team which consisted of four people. The process was very easy and the questions were not that challenging.

Walk me through your resume. Why are you interested in wealth management? What do you know about RBC?
Phone interview - questions like ‘Why RBC?’, ‘Why Finance?’ and some competency
In person interviews - technical, competency and motivational questions, e.g tell me about a time you’ve shown problem solving skills
