      Bankruptcy Officer Interview

      19 May 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC

      Interview

It was the first job I got with RBC and I had a good interview experience !! First of all, my expectations about the company culture and all that which RBC is better known for were met. Secondly, RBC gives opportunities to those who have fulfilled the requirements. I had my first interview for another role for which I had applied initially and it was good. Ironically, I received a call from bankruptcy department manager inviting me for a phone interview for the position of bankruptcy officer. This second interview happened while I was standing in a subway platform, where I managed to pull my self into an isolated corner to avoid noise. As soon as I picked up the phone I got a positive attitude, because the manager was professional with a sense of humour and that hit me at the very beginning of this interview and gave me more confidence and a good impression about the bank. Very organized and structured bank ! I did receive timely follow up and straightforward instructions after being hired.
