Interview
1. Apply through the career site and select the streams you are interested;
2. complete the Online Video interview;
3. In person Case interview: a. analyze the case several days before the super day. b. make presentation and answer behavior questions on the super day.
the whole process took 1.5 month, two round, the second round is more like a video interview asking behavorial questions and the third round is the on site interview. the on site interview was a liitle hard, it envolves several parts including talking to employees of this program.

First one was the screening test and after that I received an invitation for video recorded interview. It was mostly very basic 6 behavioral questions : where do you see yourself in 5 years, strengths, time when you had to deal with a difficult situation, when did you demonstrate leadership, etc.

First an interview where you record yourself answering questions. If you pass this stage, you’ll get to the group interview stage. There’s around 3 different scenarios and you’re split up into smaller groups and given a few minutes to come up with a solution/pitch. Interviewers will pop in and out of the breakout rooms to observe. You’ll then present to the whole group.
