      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in July 2015

      Interview

Easy. They asked if I planned to stay there for two years or longer. They also asked why I felt rbc was the right place to start my career. What my sales skills were even though it was a service role. They made it clear that selling was involved in the role and that I could move up very fast.
