      Interview

I applied online through their website and was called for an hour long in-person interview at their downtown office. It was a panel of 3 people. This was a one-stage interview process. It was a scripted interview. All questions were behavioral. They wrote down answers on a sheet as I spoke.

      Interview

Initially referred by an employee who knew they were hiring. I then provided a resume and cover letter - but ultimately I had to apply through website. Interview was one-on-one in person with hiring manager then additional phone interview with HR followed by security/credit checks.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC

      Interview

I applied online with an internal employee referral. I received a call 2-3 weeks later from their human resource staff to set up a date for an phone interview. Had my phone interview a few days after and was asked what my skills were and just a bit of background. They then arranged for a face-to-face interview the next week. At that interview, I met 2 managers and a manger in training. They asked many behavioral questions as well as situational questions. I thought I had done well and had also received news from my friend that they thought I did pretty well. They mentioned that they still have other interviews to conduct and will contact me 2 weeks later. After 2 weeks, I received an email from them about my results.
