Interview
I applied online and was contacted by the recruiting team for initial phone screen. This was followed by the hiring manager phone screen. Once I passed that I was called in for an onsite interview. This was with four people from the team and one from another team that works closely with the position I was applying for. The whole process took about 3 weeks. I received the offer after 1 week of my onsite interview.

There were alot of technical and behavioral questions. Technical questions were with respect to the financial statements. For example different relationships between the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements. Have the ability to identify all the major cost and revenue sources for the different business units. Behavioral questions were focused on times when you conducted analysis or had to work in a cross functional team environment.

Had 3 interviews. Behaviourial style questions with a lot of focus on work experience that related to the role. Meet a range of different levels of employees. First interview with HR by zoom and rest in person.

Interview process took about 7 weeks from when I was contacted via email about meeting, having 3 levels of interview and then being informed I was not the selected candidate. Questions are fairly standard given it's a big bank
