It was scheduled for 30 mins but it only lasted 15 mins. Only one of the managers asked questions most of the time, asking many questions regarding how my previous work department (other bank) ran their teams, how many teams they had, and how they did name screening. There were only 2-3 questions asked about me, they didn't show any interest in me at all, a bit waste of time for this interview.
