Interviewer came across as quite arrogant and very uninterested in what I had to say. I revised all weekend in order to excel in this interview. I read the annual report in depth and understood everything about the company and the division I applied for. I arrived to the interview 15minutes early, and then the interviewer was about 10 minutes late. I didn't get an opportunity to ask any questions and I didn't get any opportunity to talk at length. Every question I had prepared for and was ready to answer to a high-level, but he kept cutting me off, clearly showing he wasn't interested.
The interviewer effectively told me I didn't get the job when I left the room when he said "Good luck in the future" so that was a nice experience.
I just asked for feedback and apparently that will take a month to give back? It's a shame because I did like RBC as a company on the face of things, but judging by their interview process it's a arrogant company.
