This part of the interview seemed to focus on behavioral competencies and past experiences. Following the video questions, I completed three separate cognitive games that progressively became more challenging. These games appeared to assess skills such as memory, logic, and attention to detail. Overall, the platform provided a clear and efficient way to complete the initial screening.
