1st stage is a telephone interview, 2nd stage is a Zoom Interview with 2 people Possible 3rd Interview with other recruiters to see if there is a mutual culture fit.

I'm a highly skilled and educated engineer, worked last 11 years in fortune 25 companies, I've submitted to RECRUITdee my CV after RECRUITdee contacted me, never get something back, asked them if the position is real or they just collect fulfill their databases, nothing back, called the woman who contacted me, she even didn't exist. Cannot confirm this is fraud or real HR
