I had to complete a massive questionnaire ahead of all my in person interviews, which was quite time consuming and a lot of the questions were kind of "quirky" and time wasting. Otherwise the interview process was friendly and relatively normal.
They conducted a preliminary interview where they ask basic questions about your background and experience. If you're selected for the next interview, you're given an assignment and asked to provide relevant work to back up your experience.

Interview
Panel interview. Questions pertaining to the role. Standard questions: Gave mostly examples of past experiences when I did those things. Interviewers were taking lots of notes and would alternate. For the most part, the interview atmosphere felt casual and they were friendly. Turn around for decision was quick (a few days).
