I was invited to an initial virtual interview with two head of departments.
I was asked to talk through my experience and my current role. Unfortunately the entire time I was talking, one of the interviewers was not paying attention, and was looking off into the background smiling and smirking at I assume someone behind the camera. I find this extremely rude and unprofessional.
The other interviewer asked me further questions and seemed to be more polite, however at this point I had also decided I did not want to work for this company so ended up wrapping up the interview after only 12 minutes.
Please respect peoples time, and understand that you are interviewing me as much as I am interviewing you. I took from the meeting that the company has a poor work culture.
