Interview
Initial online test with some counting questions. Need to pay attention to that. Then if they invite you to office you will get 2 hours of training and induction. Next will be a practical test in one of the stores. If you go above a certain PPH(product per hour) you get hired.
The interview was pretty smooth. They just ask whats you availability and how do you commute and then explain how you will work and you will need to go out of town as well sometimes
The interview process began with an introductory to the organization and to the position. There are some videos you will watch to get an understanding of the position. Then you are interviewed for the position.
