RH Community Builders interview questions

I was contacted by HR Assistant via phone to set up an interview. When for an in-person interview with Marisa. She was pleasant and the conversation was very pleasant. I felt confident I could do the job and mg experience and skills aligned with the role. She gave me positive feedback of my responses. I left feeling great, as she had said that she would be in contact with me soon after she goes to see the executive about me. And she seemed genuinely excited about me. She gave me the impression that I had a high chance of the next step in their hiring process. However, in the end, she ghosted me. No replies, no response, no rejection notice. For this review, I’d like to say that RH’s hiring process is terrible. Giving false hope to candidates and not communicating shows a lack of respect and it gave me a glimpse of how I would have been treated if I was hired. Unheard and lack of respect and communication.
