After the initial call I was brought in for an interview. I met with the current director and Sr. advocacy coordinator who asked thorough questions. They explained the importance of the role within the organization and the importance of the organization within the community. I was told that I would receive notification as to wether or not I was selected for the position within a week of the interview.
