I recently had an interview with RKIT Company, and my experience was quite disappointing. The interview process consisted of five rounds, but unfortunately, they did not ask any technical questions throughout. Instead, the focus was primarily on family background and personal introductions.
It felt like the company was merely wasting time, as the interviewers were often rude and showed little interest in the candidates. RKIT Company operates like a factory, seeking students who will simply follow their directives without question. Out of 60 interviews conducted at my college, only 8 students made it to the third round, and in the end, they did not select anyone.
The entire process was a waste of time and energy. I do not recommend RKIT Company as a good place to work, especially considering how poorly they treat potential employees during the interview process.

You apply only when you know gujarati well because they don't prefer other the interview proces was very easy they want c# in first round aptitude and one dsa question of tries data structure of inserting deletion in c# and 5 sql question and one discription questions of undo and Reundo how work and in 2 round one dsa easy question and f2f interview thay asked about your resume

There was aptitude round as first one then it was one on one personal interview with HR then written test for selected students of round 2,then technical interview and next panel interview was at office premises
