Interview
I was identified as a potential candidate based on my LinkedIn profile. The first phase of the interview process was a telephone screen. The second phase of the interview process was an in-person interview. The interview process was very thorough with behavioral and open ended interview questions based on your background and experience. The interview lasted a couple of hours.
