They always call you before hand to inquire and schedule the interview, which makes it quite fast and easy. One round with the HR to assess your fit and alignment with the company. Second round was with head of the relevant department head to assess the fit within the relevant team.
Das Gespräch begann mit einer kurzen Vorstellung des Unternehmens und der Rolle. Anschließend folgten Fragen zu meinem fachlichen Hintergrund, insbesondere zu Markt-, Kredit- und operationellen Risiken. Danach wurden praxisnahe Fallbeispiele und mein Umgang mit Stress- und Entscheidungssituationen diskutiert. Abschließend gab es Raum für Rückfragen.
