Two hour interview with two person panel, and a mix of competency, energy industry and procurement and supply chain questions. Single face to face stage, with phone discussion with HR beforehand.
Formal interview with two managers across 2hours - focussing on career experience to date, motivations for moving, several technical questions and growth prospects across the company and within the wider team.
