RWS Group Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Interview consist of total 4 rounds: 1st - It was a written Aptitude test and some coding questions 2nd - It was a technical round, some basic questions about Java, Python and database were asked. Some db queries were tested. 3rd - It was more focued on major and minor project. There were some coding questions also. 4th - Hr round

Interview process is good. But while moving to offer Business wont give you go ahead for the compensation you discussed initially. Even if you negotiate down and confirm on there terms they will again ask for renegotiations. Business takes a lot of time just to tell you if you are hired or not. My advice would be before even going for interview confirm that they will be able to pay what you expect.
