I arrived a few minutes early and was let in, signed in, and followed into the HR office. There were two gentlemen there to interview. It started out with a couple simple math problems (calculator allowed) and if you get them right, the interview will proceed. Next, we go over the resume in great detail, telling a little bit about each position stated. After this, and during I suppose, they basically get to know what you are like as a person. And finally, they would like for you to ask them some questions. Make them good. They answer whatever you might ask and the walk you out with a "we will reach out as soon as we've made a decision", and then your back in the parking lot, relieved that it's over, but stressed because it's your dream job and you really want to be a part of what they do.
