1. Phone screen with recruiter.
2. They require every single applicant in consideration to take the Predictive Index (both the behavioral and cognitive). I took a sample test beforehand and scored above average. They rejected me 2 days later stating I was not a fit for the role. Basing hiring decisions on assessments that have nothing to do with the role is a travesty. Additionally, the recruiter shared that they had fired the last Head of CS as they were not "a needle mover." Maybe the product is terrible, who knows. I think I dodged a bullet. Best of luck using a 12 minute assessment to vet candidates.
