I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Radware
Interview
Ridiculous process and bureaucracy, 6 interviews and a presentation (free consulting for them). Then they went with a candidate they would have gone along with the entire time, the opposite of what they were saying. Be careful with your reputation, it's a small world.
Hello and thanks for your review!
Since our sales positions needs a technical background and a good understanding of the cyber security field, the process include presentation and a least 2 technical interviews, sometime more if we are not sure about the fit or if the seniority of the position required.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
Please feel free to reach out personally for any questions,

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
example of success / failure od sales process, eeason and lesson learn.
It was totally awkward.
It was good when I had a call with a recruiter, he/she gently introduced about the company and I liked it.
The interview with hiring manager, it was absolutely joke.
Questions he/she asked me were are you married, do you drink, do you workout and there were no work related questions. I bet anyone read this can't believe it and think I am a troll.
I hope you are right but it was true. I still can't believe what he/she did not prepare anything for the interview.
Personally letting know the result of the interview is highly important for company's reputation and impression. Guess what, they didn't give anything for weeks and said they will give a feedback in a week. Yes they didn't. And I found that there is new guy.
I don't have any problem that they choose another one, he/she must have better quality and maybe love to drink. However they should give a proper feedback. That is shame.
I forget to share this, the role for the opportunity was absolutely different than the offer.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand that it may be uncomfortable to share this kind of feedback directly with the recruiter when you are in the process of applying for a job. Please know that Radware does not condone this type of behavior and we take these situations very seriously. We fully intend to investigate the incident further.
