Multiple steps with different leaders. A bit longer than most, but it gave the opportunity to get to know the team. Communication was solid throughout as it related to what to expect next.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Raft in Oct 2025
Interview
- Day 1. Applied online
- Day 10. Invited to a TA screen. Scheduled the call for Day 17.
- Day 14. Noticed all sales jobs got removed from the careers website.
- Day 17. The call started with TA specialist saying there was no Sales jobs available.
- Day 18. Received an email "we have discussed internally and regret to inform you that we have decided not to progress further with your application at this moment.".
- Day 21. The company posted a new Sales job in the same area. Applied.
- Day 28. Still no response.
Initially got reached out to by a recruiter. Had a phone interview with the recruiter, then an actual interview with two senior engineering staff members. Process seemed fair and okay
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Was asked to do some Python live-coding on replit involving OCR and aligning bounding boxes. It felt impromptu as I wasn't given any details of the call prior to the meeting
