Pros

Very talented engineering team and modern tech stack (TypeScript, React, FastAPI). Working with AI in the logistics and freight forwarding space provides interesting technical challenges. Good remote work culture.

Cons

The core product is currently transitioning into a maintenance mode. The development velocity has dropped compared to the early days, and we are not shipping new features as fast as we used to.
