easy as usually, but could be more efficient, if you're an experienced developer, should be easy to pass, so basically you can try this before others, some of the interviewer are not professional

1. Applied online
2. Next day email came to do online testing. It was a pattern matching algorithm to check email or url validitiy
3. Interview with a team leader. Basic back-end and DB stuff.
4. Interview with the senior manager. Basic stuff, attitude questions.
5. Interview with the CTO. Motivation and experince.

You have to read the book written by the CEO. Mostly put your experience to the successful pillars of the company value. Quite generally, Japanese styl,e and remember to talk out loud what you think to the interviewer.
