Interview
you have to do:
1. fill online application form.
2. Online programming test. It seems quite simple.
3. Online interview. There are 5 interview questions. However, you know the question and it is automatically interview. Therefore, I think the purpose of this interview to test your interview skill, especially English skills.
4. Last round, face-to-face interview. There are two managers who interview you in 30 mins. Almost they ask you about what you did in resume.
easy as usually, but could be more efficient, if you're an experienced developer, should be easy to pass, so basically you can try this before others, some of the interviewer are not professional
You have to read the book written by the CEO. Mostly put your experience to the successful pillars of the company value. Quite generally, Japanese styl,e and remember to talk out loud what you think to the interviewer.
