First they will agree on expected CTC and then later on release an offer with far below from expectations. If you can't afford the candidate please clear it prior to the interview process.Wasted 1 month in the whole process HR Team ghosts away and doesn't reply even after regular follow ups . Worst experience ever . Please do not waste candidate's time
