Very nice people and a lot more relaxed, they asked about why I want to work with them. Clearly wanted people with experience, and whether you can handle a busy work environment. Emphasised shop floors can be very busy, so you need to be adaptable.

The interview experience was highly unprofessional and judgmental. I felt that I was not assessed on my skills or qualifications, but rather subjected to bias. The environment gave the impression of discriminatory hiring practices, with an apparent preference for white candidates. Looking at the team composition and diversity, the lack of minority representation was noticeable and concerning

Information about knowledge of Ralph Lauren. Past work experience. Why you want to work for Ralph?
Basic questions for a retail interview like why this place etc. usually a big group interview and only one round when i did it. Overall nothing unexpected and if you prepare you should be fine
