I applied in-person. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (Wrentham, MA) in Oct 2016
Interview
I was asked about the resume I gave them upon submitting my application. We reviewed that and the interviewer asked questions relevant to my experience and why I would be well suited to be a sales associate and why I wanted to work at the specific Factory Store location. The interviewer then asked me a silly but telling question, "If you could be any wild animal, what would it be and why?" I receieved a call back almost immediately. There communication was fast and direct throughout the process.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
The interview was conducted at a cafe, and was very relaxed and friendly, mainly involving questions such as "If you could design a new collection for Ralph Lauren, what would you design?" And "What are your goals with this company or this job?" The hiring manager was very personable and it was clear that they wanted to get to know my personality as much as my skills or ability to do the job.
Simple, one phone screening and one in person interview. They reviewed work history, sales experience, job responsibility, etc. Overall a very simple interview process. Be prepared to discuss scheduling availability.
