I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad (Melbourne) in June 2013
Interview
Really good thorough interview. Brought in via a referral. Met with Team Manager, had a very good conversation. Asked sensible questions of me and felt like the interview was professionally delivered. Following this met with Practice Head, more meet and greet. Make sure he was happy with me culturally speaking.

Question 1
Extensively on background experience. My knowledge of my specializations. Ambitions moving forward. Quite a bit of behavioural but didn't feel like it was just cribbed off a sheet, actually knew how to ask them properly.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Randstad (London, England) in May 2024
Interview
I would discourage anyone from interviewing with Randstad's team based in Holborn. Took the time out of my day to interview over the phone, on lunch, and after work until 7.30 pm, resulting in 3 stages of interview.
Despite doing the due diligence and making time for these interviews, I never heard back from the manager after 3 stages of interview. I am convinced I was interviewed from competitor information and not with the aim of bringing in another consultant.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad (Budapest) in Jan 2022
