I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Randstad (Ghent)
Interview
The hiring and interview process took a long time and included several interviews (if I remember correctly with the HR Officer, HR Manager, Regional Manager, Office Manager) and a number of tests and an assessment session (which included a role play to test multitasking skills). After all of the tests and conversations, a personality profile was set up and this was discussed as last step of the assessment/testing day, which gave the chance to respond to their findings.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most difficult questions to answer were those about personality given that there is no wrong or right answer in a lot of cases.
It's pretty simple. They are looking more for skills. Ofc experience matters but knowledge matters more. They will try to get to know you and try to figure out if you are a good fit for the team or not

Question 1
How will you handle stress and what will you do in situations where you have to prioritise other work
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad (Melville, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
Slower than expected. Easy, regular behavioral questions. Typical agency. Not much more to say than that. Small agency on LI - larger globally. Ok, nothing great. I need to fulfill this 30 word minimum - blah blah blah
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The interview went well, the questions were straight forward and to the point. The more you can speak about sales experience and dealing directly with customers and/or clients the better.
