The Interviewer needed to take the interview and then select the candidates whivh I use to find useful as per me. For campus placements we use to go to good colleges take gd pi and etc some times case studies
4 round of interview , normal method of hiring, normal questions you can expect, no test was required, they described a longterm perspective for employment , normal bonuses , regular client base with potential new ones

The interview process depends on the role and company you are interviewing for. I only had a two step interview process. I had one screen with a recruiter at Randstad and one with the company I was interviewing for.
