I applied in-person. I interviewed at Rapid Solutions (Baku, Baku) in July 2013

At that HR director who hired me had a great interview holding skills, but unfortunately later on he left the company. In the interview process he asked questions about my background, HR skills&experience, how I came to HR specialty and etc.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rapid Solutions (Timişoara) in May 2016

Interview

Through a HR company , i did apply online, and the HR company called me. After that we did setup the interview for a convenient day and that was it. At the HR locations i did the interview for like 20 minutes and then i start the technical test in the same room.
