I applied online. I interviewed at Rauva in June 2024
Interview
I recently joined the interview process for a software engineer role and I want like to share some feedback about it.
Firstly, the emails seemed automatic, with a generic message that you just need to change the recipient and that's it. The process itself was long.
The technical challenge, although quite easy, was quite long. Long in the sense that they waited for us to develop all the features that were in the UIs (irrealistic).
Also, they always mention the need to work under pressure, at a high pace, which is expected for a startup, but gave the sense that work-life balance does not exist at all.

Question 1
How to work under pressure?
Importance of testing, some system design questions.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Rauva (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in July 2025
Interview
I was ghosted after the first round.
They said they were looking for someone with more skills but didn't even give me the opportunity of a technical test to show that I can do the job.

Question 1
Range was 55k to 90k or 120k if memory serves, and the CTO asked me if I would be ok with 56k.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rauva in Mar 2024
Interview
I recently participated in a technical interview with your company, and I would like to share some concerns about the process.
Firstly, the communication throughout the interview process was inadequate. Emails regarding questions about the process or technical project were often not responded to. Additionally, the process itself was excessively long, which unfortunately did not culminate in a proper and timely feedback for the considerable hours invested.
This experience raises concerns about the work environment, particularly the potential for extensive overtime and late-night builds. Such an environment could lead to significant stress and burnout for employees.
I hope this feedback is helpful for improving the candidate experience and overall interview process.
