Ravl interview questions

After a brief test consisting of coding and personality questions, there’s an initial conversational interview that doesn’t involve coding but heavily interested in projects you’ve contributed to. There is another interview phase if they are interested.

After sending in an application, they responded well and kept saying that the role hiring process was still ongoing and the phase was still under construction and all. After the two months, they sent a coderbyte assessment which was VERY easy and I submitted it with utmost confidence. It has been 3 months and there is no update so most likely a ghosting. Such a long waiting process and work for no response after.
