- Thoughtful, kind, and insanely talented teammates - Leadership that actually listens and takes action - Fast-paced, but in a way that feels energizing, not chaotic - Strong values that show up across the organization
Cons
- You need to be self-directed—there’s not always a playbook - Because it’s a smaller team, wearing multiple hats is the norm - If you prefer a more corporate or traditional environment, this probably isn’t it
