Raymond James & Associates interview questions

CV upload. Then that was screened and had a 15 min telephone Interview. Following stage was a 40 mins video interview with an associate from Dartmouth Partners. The first interview was only motivational and competency. Video interview had some technicals.

This interview was a total waste of my time. After having a zoom interview I was told to look out for an email because they wanted to schedule a second interview in person with the hiring manager. After two days I still hadn’t received the email so I called to follow up. I was then told it was because they were just super busy but I should have it in the next day or two. Well today is 13 days since that call and I received an email stating they were going with another candidate!! Very inconsiderate and I wouldn’t consider future employment there ever again.
