I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Re:Cognition Health (London, England) in July 2024
Interview
I went through a 3 stage interview process. The last interview had to be in person so I quickly arranged to get a flight to London for the following week, I was not doing well financially but decided it was worth it since it was the last stage and I was interested in the job, so I spent a total of 200 pounds to attend the interview and fly back on the same day. After doing this, I sent several emails (after not hearing back for 2 weeks) and finally got a generic answer saying they decided to go in "another direction" with the role. I was essentially ghosted for 2 months and then was finally awarded a copy and paste message. Would not recommend interviewing here, I understand making an effort for a job, I am willing to go the extra mile. However, this company is certainly not willing to go the extra centimetre for you, in fact they won't even cover the bare minimum. Given the nature of the work they carry out (with vulnerable adults), this says quite a bit.
