Interview
It was over Zoom and will continue to be so for most positions I assume. They are focused on personality as. much as skill so be yourself. They have a No Jerk policy and are looking for genuine, good people.

Tell me something about yourself that is not on your resume.
Everyone seemed nice but the communication and scheduling process was very poor. It took over a month for HR to schedule an interview with the hiring manager and I never heard back from them after the interview. Even if I was offered a job, I don't think I would have accepted it due to the disorganization and lack of communication during the interview process.
