Don't even bother to apply. After my application, HR wrote to me and we set an interview time. I was expecting a Teams meeting or something similar to see each other, but he just called my phone.
After some generic questions, he asked about my salary expectations, and then he said it was too much—which I don't think it is. It looks like they underpay their employees. At the end of our conversation, this HR person informed me that he thought my technical skills didn't meet the requirements for the position. (I have 15+ years of experience in aerospace.) I am not sure how a HR could scale my technical skills without any technical conversation between us. In short, just another cartoon space company, which you can find many of in Europe nowadays.
I applied to the job on their website, the recruiter emailed me but I did not get any response back after replying to them. They seem lost, and overall it was not a good experience.
I interviewed at ReOrbit (Helsinki, Southern Finland)
Interview
1st round with HR, essential questions, overall pretty nice and smooth
2nd round with the Manager, more expertise and relevant to the role
Then, there was an assignment
Then, I got rejected
