They use AI. To review your résumé. They send you links to questionnaire and if the AI likes you then you’re brought in for an interview. once I was brought in, it was really easy. He was a quick interview and immediately seemed to warm up to me. He did note that the selection process was not something he was used to and that he was seeing a lot of candidates that were not appropriate for the grocery store clerk position because they were not personable. And is this would be a community facing job, the person would need social skills AI has not caught up with the fact that people know people, and they can only select a good employee. It was an interesting process, to say at least I was happy once I was able to get face-to-face with a person I was able to quickly win him over and I was offered a position within a few days.
