I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Real Staffing (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
There were 3 interviews total in the process: 1 with the internal recruiter, 1 with a manager, and 1 interview/presentation with a panel of managers. Fairly straightforward behavioral and situational questions until the final interview, where they grill you on your presentation and motivations. The last interview was a shark tank style interview and they definitely picked apart my answers and even had me do some roleplay scenarios. The process would've been fine overall, but the internal recruiter/TA specialist was a nightmare to work with - terrible at follow-ups, poor job at interview preparation, and completely ghosted me after the final interview with 0 explanations or consideration of the time I spent interviewing there.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Real Staffing (New York, NY) in June 2024
Interview
The interview process was professional and conducted in a fast manner. They made me feel welcomed, but also answered any questions and concerns that I might have. Overall, I would say the interview process was fair

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Real Staffing (Chicago, IL)
Interview
4 rounds and the final is in-person and make you do a presentation, they act like you got the position but they do not know what they want, apparently they interviewed many candidates and still have not hired anyone, for the amount of work they want them to do is sad.
