I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RealEstateU (Fairborn, OH) in Aug 2017
Interview
First interview was by phone with Director of Operations (though at the time, she didn't know what to call herself). Questions were average: how did I hear about the company, did I have any idea what they did there, what was my interest in working there, etc. Company & pay sounded fantastic. When asked what the office culture was like there, she told me that it was light and fun - full of joking and sarcasm.
Second interview was in person at the office, with one executive (a founder) & the DO. Questions were the same.
Third interview was with two executives (both founders) and the DO. Exact same questions were asked with the expectation of establishing consistency among the entire interview process. Tests are given, depending on job title.
Note: In agreement with the other review here... The founders even brag to their clients about their deliberate attempts to intimidate those they interview and recommend that they do the same to their prospective hires. And yes, multiple people were given offers after extensive design and document tests and yet were then denied the job when they began asking questions the founders disliked. Indeed a terrible and disreputable company. Read the reviews - then avoid this place like the plague.

Question 1
What is your greatest strength, what is your greatest weakness, do you like astrology, why do you want to work here, and how do you think you can contribute to our success?

Interview
First interview was by phone with Director of Operations. Questions were average. Company & pay sounded great. Second interview was in person at the office, with one CEO & the DO. Questions were the same. Third interview was with two CEO's and the DO. Exact same questions were asked with the expectation of establishing consistency among the entire interview process. Tests are given, depending on job title. Note: There are deliberate attempts made by the CEO's to intimidate potential employees during their interviews. But even if you do well and they offer you an employment agreement they can still renege on it if you start asking questions about it. Horrible company. Seriously. Read the reviews. Stay away.
