I applied online. I interviewed at RealWinWin (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Very professional, honest, and insightful. I met with multiple people who asked me questions and probed to see if I researched the company and knew what they did. Seemed like a casual culture and fun group to work with.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RealWinWin (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Received a phone call a week or two after submitting resume, went in for a face to face interview and heard back within the week. The interview was with two of the managers there with a third dropping in at one point. I would say it was a pretty casual process overall.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RealWinWin (Philadelphia, PA) in July 2014
Interview
Pretty casual interview and setting, seemed like a low-key but ambitious team and company to work for. A few initial email communications and phone calls lead to an in-person interview. The interview consisted of 1-2 employees (all male) sitting with me and talking about the company and the position. They didn't seem like they had many questions planned out before the interview, it was more stream-of-consciousness.

Question 1
No really strange or unexpected questions - one from CEO was "If someone said your name to me what's the first thing you would want to come to mind about you"
