Interview
I showed up at the address I was told to, but none of the signage in the area had the company name on it, there was no one at the front desk to help me find the person I was supposed to be interviewing with. When I did finally find him, the interview took about 20-30 minutes.

Interview
I called to apply to an ad online. I talked to the sales manager on the phone for about 10 minutes. Basic tell me about yourself and your experience type of questions. Then was offered and in person interview which was just to meet and go over resume. He gave me all the salary and commission information and I was offered the job. Pretty easy process because they dont have a lot to lose. The pay is minimal until you start selling homes.
